OUTOFFORME / INFORMATION
PRIVACY POLICY
Draft for the currently described setup. Complete the bracketed information, confirm the actual IONOS configuration, and review before publication. Google Analytics and checkout are planned, not described as currently active.
1. Controller
Artist Name: FORME68
Bahnwärter Thiel, Tumblinger Straße
80337 München, Germany
Email: [email protected]
The controller operates the OUTOFFORME artist project and, subject to confirmation, the Anywayz Records label.
2. Hosting and server access logs
This website is hosted by IONOS. When you access the site, technically necessary connection information may be processed, such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating-system information, and HTTP status. The purposes are secure delivery, stability and prevention of abuse. The legal basis is generally Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).
3. Google Fonts
The current website loads the Space Grotesk font from Google-hosted servers. Your browser may therefore connect to Google and transmit technical information, including your IP address.
4. SoundCloud and Discord links
This website provides external links to SoundCloud and Discord. Based on the current implementation, no SoundCloud player or Discord widget is embedded. Merely displaying a standard link does not automatically load the linked platform; when you follow it, the destination provider processes your data under its own privacy policy. [REVIEW IF EMBEDS OR ADDITIONAL INTEGRATIONS ARE ADDED.]
5. Analytics and cookies — current status
According to the operator's current plan, Google Analytics has not yet been enabled. The supplied website does not contain a Google Analytics tracking script. [CONFIRM WHETHER IONOS STATISTICS, COOKIES OR OTHER TRACKING SERVICES ARE ACTIVE IN YOUR HOSTING SETTINGS.] Technically necessary storage may be used only where applicable and must be described accurately.
6. Planned Google Analytics
Google Analytics is intended for future use but is not active in this draft setup. Before enabling it, implement a compliant consent mechanism that blocks analytics until a visitor has actively opted in, offers a genuine rejection option and permits withdrawal. Update this notice with the exact Google entity, processing purposes, data categories, retention settings, recipients, international transfers, legal basis and withdrawal instructions. Consent will generally be required under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25 TDDDG where applicable. Do not insert the Analytics script before these steps are completed.
7. Planned online store
A merchandise and/or digital-product checkout is planned but not yet connected in the supplied website. Once active, personal information may be processed to handle orders, payments, shipping, customer support and statutory records. Before launch, specify the checkout platform, payment and shipping providers, data categories, purposes, Article 6 GDPR legal bases, recipients, transfers and applicable retention periods. [ADD ACTUAL SHOP PROVIDERS AND DETAILS WHEN SELECTED.]
8. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the details you send to answer your enquiry. Depending on the subject, the legal basis may be Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual communication) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We retain correspondence only as long as necessary, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. [CONFIRM EMAIL PROVIDER AND RETENTION PRACTICE.]
9. Data recipients and transfers
Service providers may receive data to the extent needed to operate the website, including the hosting provider and, if applicable, the externally hosted font provider. International transfers must be assessed for each active provider and supported by an appropriate transfer mechanism where required. [VERIFY ALL ACTIVE PROCESSORS, THIRD-COUNTRY TRANSFERS AND SAFEGUARDS.]
10. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18), data portability (Article 20), and object to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21). You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect (Article 7(3)). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority (Article 77).
11. Updates
This notice must be updated whenever services or processing activities change, in particular when Google Analytics or the checkout becomes active. Last reviewed: [DATE OF FINAL REVIEW].
